Custom Birth Announcements

MoteGraFX is pleased to announce the availability of exclusive artistic birth announcements hand-created by reknowned designer Lindsey Mote. 

Each design is absolutely unique, and Lindsey works closely with Moms and Dads worldwide to provide beautifully tasteful, elegant layouts that are not only cherished by friends and family, but become timeless keepsakes.

How it works:

Send us your favorite photographs of your baby by email (in-home professional photo shoots are available in the greater Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area).  Be sure to include all pertinent birth information such as date, weight, etc., any additional information you would like displayed on the announcements, and any other special requests.

Within approximately 24 - 48 hours, you will receive an email containing a "proof" announcement for your review. This is the time to request any desired changes or additions. Our custom announcement designs are $50.  Payment is due upon design approval. Once payment is received, we will send a high-resolution file suitable for printing at any major print provider (such as Kinko's).

How do I print my announcements?

We can professionally print them on high-quality glossy card stock or other papers for a very reasonable cost and ship them directly to you.  Alternatively, you can print them using your own computer and printer, or have them produced by a commercial printer such as Kinko’s™.  We can send files directly to a selected print provider in your neighborhood...you simply select a paper and then pick up the completed announcements, usually within 24 hours.  Our announcements are normally designed to fit within a standard 4" x 6" envelope (unless otherwise requested).  Most people choose the professionally printed, direct-shipping method because it is so convenient.

IIf you are not in a particular hurry, you can also upload your custom announcement file to an online print store such as SnapFish™ or PhotoBucket™ and receive high quality prints by mail (usually within 7 to 10 business days).    Whatever method you choose, Lindsey and the MoteGraFX staff will be happy to assist you with any special requests or requirements.
